Key Responsibilities

Main duties commonly associated with this role
  • Plant, water, cultivate, and harvest greenhouse crops or plants
  • Monitor crop quality and support sorting, grading, and packing activities
  • Clean work areas, tools, trays, and production equipment
  • Move supplies, containers, and harvested products safely
  • Assist with greenhouse maintenance and irrigation systems
  • Support daily agricultural production in a fast-paced environment
