• Plant, water, cultivate, and harvest greenhouse crops or plants
• Monitor crop quality and support sorting, grading, and packing activities
• Clean work areas, tools, trays, and production equipment
• Move supplies, containers, and harvested products safely
• Assist with greenhouse maintenance and irrigation systems
• Support daily agricultural production in a fast-paced environment

• Basic English communication skills
• Education requirement: College/CEGEP
• Previous farm experience is an asset but not always mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments

• On-site work only; remote work is not available
• Controlled greenhouse or nursery environment
• Exposure to humidity, heat, repetitive tasks, and prolonged standing
• Fast-paced production setting during peak agricultural seasons
• Work may involve plant care, harvesting, sorting, and packing
