Apply the technique of hoeing between the row Clean the crops Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Dose water saturation, light and temperature as instructed for crop growth and development Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market. Greenhouse cleaning Hand harvesting vegetables Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops Sort fruits and vegetables Weeding Fertilize and spray crops Harvest crops Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, water, cultivate, and harvest greenhouse crops or plants
- Monitor crop quality and support sorting, grading, and packing activities
- Clean work areas, tools, trays, and production equipment
- Move supplies, containers, and harvested products safely
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and irrigation systems
- Support daily agricultural production in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- No degree, certificate or diploma required for most entry-level farm positions
- Experience requirement: Will train
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments
Work Environment
- On-site work only; remote work is not available
- Controlled greenhouse or nursery environment
- Exposure to humidity, heat, repetitive tasks, and prolonged standing
- Fast-paced production setting during peak agricultural seasons
- Work may involve plant care, harvesting, sorting, and packing
