Duties

Key Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops according to farm operations
- Clean crops, work areas, tools, and farm equipment
- Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, and farm produce
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment safely
- Assist with fertilizing, spraying, and general field maintenance
- Support daily agricultural activities in a physically active environment
Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- No degree, certificate or diploma required for most entry-level farm positions
- Experience requirement: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments
Work Environment
- On-site work only; remote work is not available
- Outdoor and physically demanding agricultural environment
- Exposure to dust, weather changes, heat, cold, and repetitive tasks
- Fast-paced setting with seasonal workload changes
- Work may take place in crop fields, orchards, or harvesting areas
