Spinach: 250 grams

Eggs: 2 tablets

Flour: 350 grams

Milk: a cup

Salt: a pinch

Yeast: a teaspoon

Feta cheese: 200 gr

Olives: 5 grams

Olive oil: a tablespoon

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Put a little oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add spinach to the oil and leave it on the fire a little and my heart.

Put the flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and mix well.

Put the eggs, milk and olive oil in another dish and mix well.

Gradually add the flour to the eggs, stirring constantly.

Add the spinach, cheese and olives to the flour and egg mixture and mix the ingredients well together.

Put the mixture in a muffin tray, then put the tray in the oven.

Leave the tray until the mixture turns golden.

Let the tray cool down a bit before serving.
