Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots, and grade vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, color, and volume
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and seedlings, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding, clean the work area, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and examine the product for quality and readiness for the market
