Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with various odors, be comfortable working in hot conditions, and be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be prepared for dusty work environments and be capable of working in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be proficient in performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency and demonstrate manual dexterity for tasks requiring intricate hand movements
- The candidates should exhibit strong hand-eye coordination for accurate completion of tasks, be comfortable standing for extended periods during work shifts, and possess keen attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in their work
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed for job duties, thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and effectively, and be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet business demands
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work assignments and be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their job responsibilities

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be proficient in food safety and handling skills, able to measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines accurately, and feed and unload processing machines efficiently
- The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects attentively, assist process control, and machine operators in performing their duties effectively, and clean machines and immediate work areas thoroughly
