Ingredients
- 150g ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, black pepper & paprika
- Optional: a squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground turkey until fully done.
- Add carrots and cook 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
