Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Truck or equipment experience: Salt truck, Snow transportation truck and Snow plough
Own tools/equipment: Gloves, Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: AZ class license, Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles), DZ class license, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should have 20/20 vision and the ability to distinguish between colors accurately, possessing a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination, be willing to work overtime as required, and be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
- The candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of sitting and able to work under pressure with a focus on maintaining quality and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to lift weight from 9 kg (20 lbs) to 45 kg (100 lbs) as needed for certain tasks

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication in the workplace
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various tasks and changing work conditions

Candidate Status:

- The candidates should be able to operate various vehicles and equipment
