Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Experience: Candidates should have prior experience in merchandising or customer service or previous experience in a grocery store setting is desirable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit as the job may involve lifting large items up to 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle
- The candidates should enjoy working independently and display self-motivation
- The candidates should exhibit excellent time management skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to merchandise Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment
- The candidates should be able to support the execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
- The candidates should be able to maintain back-room stock in a neat and orderly condition
- The candidates should be able to rotate out expired products to ensure the freshness of Pepsi products
