Salary: $34.87 to $38.99 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Wiarton, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Willing to relocate and Nursing home/home for the aged

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and possess excellent manual dexterity
  • The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed for the role and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a large workload effectively
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods of time and work efficiently under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and have a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks
  • The candidates should show initiative in their work and exercise good judgment in decision-making
  • The candidates should be organized in their responsibilities, reliable in meeting deadlines and commitments, and strong team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to deliver health education programs and provide nursing care
  • The candidates should be able to manage home care cases and supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
  • The candidates should be able to provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to the nursing profession and nursing practice
