Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Development of production processes
Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be initiative-takers and uphold values and ethics
- The candidates should be organized and demonstrate the ability to be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs, as well as develop manufacturing and processing procedures
- The candidates should be able to develop and carry out work studies, conduct work measurement or other studies, and collect and compile operational or experimental data
- The candidates should be able to develop and carry out health, safety, and fire prevention plans, conduct safety training programs, and assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
- The candidates should be able to collect and analyze data and samples, read blueprints and drawings, and set machine or equipment controls, oversee production, and inspect processes
