Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to provide a variety of office administrative, secretarial, and financial support services for the Environmental Protection Division
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the day-to-day priorities of the manager, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices
- The candidates should be able to work within a team that values empowerment, collaboration, and innovation
- The candidates should be able to support the Manager of Divisional Operations and provide a linkage between the Assistant Deputy Minister’s office, Deputy Minister’s office, branch staff, other government ministries, First Nations, and proponents
- The candidates should be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including ministry executives, staff, and other government entities
- The candidates should be able to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- The candidates should be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- The candidates should be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
