Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their duties, adept at handling heavy loads as required, and physically capable of performing demanding tasks.
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, handling repetitive tasks efficiently, non-smokers, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- The candidates should be able to walk as necessary for their role, work under pressure, and capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual in their attendance and commitments, demonstrating dependability in completing tasks and fulfilling responsibilities
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities to effectively communicate with others
- The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing situations and requirements, show initiative in taking proactive steps to accomplish tasks, and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and priorities, reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering results, and demonstrate patience in dealing with challenges and interactions, while upholding honesty and integrity in all aspects of their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to care for pets, administer bedside and personal care, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, assume full responsibility for the household (in the absence of the householder), and feed or assist in feeding
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, plan therapeutic diets and menus, provide companionship, shop for food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
