Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college or CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, Accounting software

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and verify statements of earnings, including gross and net salaries, and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments, and insurance and pension plans
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and compiling statistics and reports
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and balance period-end reports, reconcile payrolls to bank statements, and maintain payroll
  • The candidates should be able to complete, verify, and process forms for the administration of benefits, inform employees about payroll matters, and maintain records of attendance, leave, and overtime
  • The candidates should be able to prepare T4 statements and other relevant documentation
