Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, compile data, statistics and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, plan and control budget and expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, conduct research, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, oversee payroll administration, provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
