Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Transportation information: Own vehicle
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Multi-line switchboard, Central reservation system (CRS), and Internet
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail while being capable of standing for extended periods

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and take, cancel, or change room reservations
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area
  • The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims, balance cash, and complete related forms, following emergency and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as well as answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers for requested wakeup calls
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide customer service
