Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Sales
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Inventory control software, Presentation software, and MS Windows

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be capable of working effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange training for staff effectively, ensuring that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles efficiently, and conduct performance reviews regularly, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  • The candidates should plan and control budgets and expenditures, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring financial stability, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goals
  • The candidates should determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, providing clear guidelines for sales activities and behavior
  • The candidates should lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts, fostering trust and satisfaction, and plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with sales targets and objectives
  • The candidates should provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and recruit, train, and supervise staff effectively, ensuring that team members have the skills and support necessary to succeed in their roles
