Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in corn farming, possess expertise in fruit and vegetable combination farming, and be knowledgeable in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)
- The candidates should have experience in soybean farming and be skilled in wheat farming
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment, familiar with repetitive tasks, and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should possess physical strength and endurance for physically demanding tasks and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work approach and be a team player
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
