Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, To be determined and Morning

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Accounting software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, maintain tight deadlines and also for large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in an organized way
  • The candidate should be reliable
  • The candidate should have accuracy and also an excellent oral communication


  • The candidate should be able to perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems and also perform general office duties
  • The candidate should be able to invoice clients, prepare income tax and also address customers’ complaints or concerns
