Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Green economy sector, and Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Computer and technology knowledge: Multi-line switchboard, Word processing software, Spreadsheet, and Opera
Security and safety: Bondable, and Criminal record check

Candidate Status:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, investigate and resolve complaints and claims, and process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, assist clients/guests with special needs, contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide customer service
