Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers and capable of handling heavy loads, with weight handling abilities up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized in their work approach and demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their duties
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, prepare infants and children for rest periods, and supervise and care for children
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home and prepare and serve nutritious meals
