Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
  • The candidates should display flexibility in their approach to tasks, be well-organized, and demonstrate reliability
  • The candidates should be team players

  • The candidates should be able to manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization, overseeing activities, programs, and staff to ensure smooth functioning
  • The candidates should be able to prepare budgets for the organization and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial sustainability and adherence to financial goals
  • The candidates should possess relevant experience and specialization in the field of sports or recreation, demonstrating expertise and understanding of industry standards and best practices
  • The candidates should have proficiency in computer and technology knowledge, including software applications relevant to the management of sports or recreational organizations, such as MS Outlook for communication, scheduling, and organization within the organization
