Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, while also working in a fast-paced environment that is physically demanding and requires standing for extended periods, all while performing well under pressure

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- The candidate should be able to present bills to customers accurately and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ cheques, or room billings efficiently
- The candidate should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers clearly and enticingly, enhancing their dining experience
- The candidate should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations diligently, ensuring compliance and safety
- The candidate should be able to advise customers on menu selections based on their preferences and dietary requirements, offering personalized recommendations
- The candidate should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- The candidate should be able to greet patrons warmly, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages courteously and knowledgeably
- The candidate should be able to serve food and beverages to customers efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- The candidate should be able to take orders from customers accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff promptly, facilitating smooth service operations
- The candidate should be able to assist clients or guests with special needs compassionately, providing support and accommodations as required
- The candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience, ensuring a positive and memorable visit for patrons
