We produce a wide variety of seasonal vegetables and fruit in open field and in greenhouses, and fresh eggs. With all of our products, we focus our development and production on inclusion of attributes our customers can use to improve the quality and value of their feeds. Type of crops: Asparagus, Bell peppers, Blueberries, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflowers, Cucumbers, Garlic, Melons, Onions, Raspberries, Strawberries, Sweet corn, Tomatoes and Zucchinis
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Qualification: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: The Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in chicken farming, fruit and vegetable combination farming, organic farming, and outdoors.
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy workloads
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker.
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- The candidates should be reliable, flexible, and be able to work as a team player.
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility, values and ethics
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, irrigate, clean and deleaf, harvest crops, fruits and vegetables.
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouse.
- The candidates should be able to hand harvesting vegetables, be able to do lowering, suckering, weeding, examine produce for quality and prepare for market,
- The candidates should be able to do perform general farm duties, and supervise 5-10 people
- The candidates should be able to run automated irrigation system, feeding and watering system
