Location: Etobicoke, ON
Shifts: Early Morning, 06:00 to 16:00
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Spanish
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Food
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be adaptable to cold/refrigerated working conditions
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and be comfortable standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit dependability and demonstrate reliability in their tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products, as well as sort, pack, crate, and package them
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, performing other laboring and elemental activities as needed
- The candidates should also be capable of cleaning machines and immediate work areas
