Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be 16 or older
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and interacting with team members
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location
- The candidates should be able to process direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and receiving of warehouse trailers
- The candidates should be able to train other DSD Associates to follow all receiving area processes
- The candidates should be able to ensure a clean receiving area by preparing returns, claims, MTR’S for prompt shipment with all necessary documentation
- The candidates should be able to follow and promote safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, ladders, etc.
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to effectively correct any problems or discrepancies
- The candidates should be able to safeguard backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines
- The candidates should be able to follow guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance, including documenting all necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Sure Check App
