Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should pay attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure well
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be prepared for repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and capable of walking as part of their duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client needs and possess efficient interpersonal skills, working well in teams
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication, exhibit flexibility, and be reliable
Candidate Status:

- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to act as a spokesperson for an organization, answer written and oral inquiries, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries, provide information to customers, and arrange for billing for services
- The candidates should be able to arrange for refunds and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms
- The candidates should be able to maintain records and statistics, obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints, receive payments, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, answer clients’ inquiries, and provide information
