Salary: $1,000 to $1,200 weekly (to be negotiated) 40 to 45 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – On the road job
Location: 3500 route de Fossambault, Parc-Bon-Air, QC G3N 1R5
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Drive manual transmission vehicle, Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel overnight
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Documentation knowledge: Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Driver logbook
Type of trucking and equipment: Tractor-trailer, Dump truck
Communication systems experience: Trip recorder (on-board computer)
Transportation/travel experience: Short-haul, Regional, Local
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Cellular phone
Credentials: Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract), Driver’s validity licence check
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
