Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Sales and marketing promotions
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage events, and carry out administrative and clerical activities such as record-keeping and scheduling
