Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a completed 1 year certificate in Business Administration
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to complete work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The candidates should have experience drafting reports, emails, and newsletters, which will be considered assets
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • The candidates should display dedication to professionalism, combined with a strong customer-focus and team mindset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide executive support to the Manager of People and Culture and Manager of Pay and Client Services in the Human Resources (HR) business unit
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a resource to the business functionality by providing administrative expertise in document and information management, team support, and office administration within the division
  • The candidates should be able to provide administrative support, such as boardroom bookings, key/security passes, phone administration, orientation of new staff, scheduling meetings, maintaining phone lists, and organizational charts
  • The candidates should be able to assist the manager with budget preparation by reviewing and researching expenditure patterns in prior years, maintaining budget expenditure files, and verifying invoices for payments
  • The candidates should be able to purchase materials and supplies, and coordinate contract services and serve as the point of contact for technology-related issues and assist in resolving problems or inquiries related to software issues
  • The candidates should be able to design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive work unit filing system to ensure that correspondence and documentation are readily available
