Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Accounting software, MS Access, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Quick books, Simply Accounting, MS Outlook, MS Windows
Technical terminology: Business
Area of specialization: Reports and records, Financial statements, Contracts, Invoices, Construction
Security and safety: Criminal record check

- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., supervise other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, plan and control budget and expenditures
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
