Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and have a strong client focus
  • The candidates should demonstrate reliability and be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers and schedule/confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be capable of answering the telephone, relaying calls and messages, and responding to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute incoming mail, coordinate information flow, and set up/maintain filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, as well as establish and implement policies and procedures
