Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be meticulous with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks, and capable of working with minimal supervision, displaying a high level of self-motivation and initiative

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, as well as order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, as well as greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
