Ingredients

Chicken breast: 500 grams (boneless and skinless / boneless)

Ginger: 1 tablespoon (fresh/grated)

Garlic: 5 cloves (crushed)

Soy sauce: one and a half tablespoons

Sesame oil: half a teaspoon

– Salt, to taste

– Black pepper to taste

How to prepare

Season the chicken with garlic and ginger, then add the rest of the ingredients, mix them well with the chicken, and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200°C.

Place the chicken breasts on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve hot.
