Chicken schnitzel recipe
1 cup golden breadcrumbs
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tsp Knorrox garlic & onion stock powder
1 tsp paprika
⅓ cup fresh milk
½ cup flour
2 tblsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Heat oil
Place a piece of chicken between 2 large pieces of plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken
Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in each of 3 separate bowls. Season flour with salt and pepper, the breadcrumbs with the paprika, sesame seeds and paprika, crack eggs add milk and whisk it lightly.
Coat the chicken first in the flour, then in the egg wash and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in batches, flipping once, until golden brown, for 3 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack set over a baking sheet to drain
