Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of more than one language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Internet, MS Outlook and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, perform repetitive tasks, maintain tight deadlines, walk, pay attention to detail, stand for extended periods, able to distinguish between colours and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to access and process information, address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, arrange for billing for services and also assess client’s needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services
- The candidate should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered, issue receipts and other forms, maintain records and statistics, perform general office duties, receive payments and also sell merchandise
