Quick and easy Christmas 
treats
treats No bake strawberry cheesecake (cup)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- sugar
- 3/4(85g) digestive biscuits
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (at room temperature )
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or essence
Preparations
1. Crush biscuits until you have crumbs
2. In a bowl add biscuits crumbs and melted butter mix well
3. Mix chopped strawberries with 1 tbsp sugar
4. In a bowl beat together cream cheese ,1/4 cup sugar and vanilla extract
5. In a separate bowl add whipping cream beat until you have soft picks,mix with cream cheese mixture
6. In a glass add first layer of crumbs,press to form a crust layer
7. 2nd layer of strawberries
8. Add another layer of cream mixture,then crumbs and strawberries 
.
