Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 fresh tomatoes (chopped) or 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & black pepper
- Whole wheat bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers; sauté 3–4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Make small wells in the sauce and crack eggs into them.
