Ingredients

  • 250g beef steak (sliced)
  • 2 medium potatoes (cubed & roasted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper & garlic powder
  • Optional: fresh parsley or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook steak in a hot pan 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
  3. Roast potatoes in oven with olive oil at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
