Ingredients
- 150g chicken breast (cubed)
- 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 cup potatoes (cubed)
- 1/2 cup zucchini (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt, black pepper & thyme
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
