Key Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest grain crops according to farm operations
- Clean work areas, tools, machinery, and storage spaces
- Load, unload, and move grain, supplies, crates, and agricultural products
- Operate or assist with basic farm machinery and equipment safely
- Support fertilizing, spraying, and general field maintenance
- Assist with daily grain farm operations in a physically active environment

Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- No degree, certificate or diploma required for most entry-level farm positions
- Experience requirement: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments
Work Environment
- On-site work only; remote work is not available
- Outdoor agricultural environment focused on grain and field crop production
- Exposure to dust, wind, heat, cold, and weather changes
- Physically demanding work during planting, maintenance, and harvest periods
- Work may take place in open fields, storage areas, and machinery zones
