We are currently hiring motivated and hardworking individuals for the position of Fruit Farm Worker in Keremeos, British Columbia. This is a full-time seasonal position with 5 vacancies available, offering $17.85 per hour and working hours ranging from 30 to 60 hours per week.

Duties

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable with physically demanding agricultural tasks. Workers will support daily fruit farm operations, especially during busy harvest and production seasons. Overtime may be required depending on crop conditions and workload.

• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops according to farm operations
• Clean crops, work areas, tools, and farm equipment
• Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, and farm produce
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment safely
• Assist with fertilizing, spraying, and general field maintenance
• Support daily agricultural activities in a physically active environment

• Basic English communication skills
• Education requirement: No formal education required
• Previous farm experience is an asset but not always mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments
