Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dairy Farm Workers Foreman/Woman to join our agricultural operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering $22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with 4 vacancies available.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating dairy farm workers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the farm. The foreman/woman will support dairy production activities, monitor staff performance, and help maintain high standards of animal care, cleanliness, and farm safety.

Key Responsibilities

Main duties commonly associated with this role
  • Feed and care for dairy cattle and monitor their general condition
  • Assist with milking operations and barn sanitation
  • Clean stalls, milking equipment, and feeding areas
  • Handle animals safely and support herd management activities
  • Move supplies, feed, and farm materials as needed
  • Follow hygiene, milk safety, and animal welfare procedures
