Dedicated and hardworking agricultural worker with hands-on experience in diverse crop farming environments, including fruits, vegetables, grains, and vineyards. Skilled in all stages of crop production—from planting and cultivation to harvesting, grading, and packaging—while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties
Adaptable to challenging outdoor conditions such as extreme weather, dusty and noisy environments, and physically demanding tasks. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experienced in operating and maintaining farm machinery, applying sustainable farming practices, and managing crop growth effectively. Committed to productivity, reliability, and continuous learning, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest grain crops according to farm operations
- Clean work areas, tools, machinery, and storage spaces
- Load, unload, and move grain, supplies, crates, and agricultural products
- Operate or assist with basic farm machinery and equipment safely
- Support fertilizing, spraying, and general field maintenance
- Assist with daily grain farm operations in a physically active environment
Requirements
- Basic English communication skills

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required

Work Environment
- On-site work only; remote work is not available
- Outdoor agricultural environment focused on grain and field crop production
- Exposure to dust, wind, heat, cold, and weather changes
- Physically demanding work during planting, maintenance, and harvest periods
- Work may take place in open fields, storage areas, and machinery zones
