Duties

• Assist with daily farm operations and general agricultural tasks
• Clean work areas, tools, machinery, and farm facilities
• Load, unload, and move supplies and agricultural products
• Operate farm equipment safely when required
• Support crop production or livestock care depending on farm activities
• Follow workplace safety procedures and employer instructions

• Basic English communication skills
• Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments

• On-site work only; remote work is not available
• Physically demanding farm environment
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and repetitive tasks
• Fast-paced work setting with seasonal workload changes
• Work may involve crop production, livestock care, and general farm maintenance
