• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops according to farm operations
• Clean crops, work areas, tools, and farm equipment
• Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, and farm produce
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment safely
• Assist with fertilizing, spraying, and general field maintenance
• Support daily agricultural activities in a physically active environment

• Basic English communication skills
• No degree, certificate or diploma required for most entry-level farm positions
• Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work outdoors or in farm production environments

• On-site work only; remote work is not available
• Outdoor and physically demanding agricultural environment
• Exposure to dust, weather changes, heat, cold, and repetitive tasks
• Fast-paced setting with seasonal workload changes
• Work may take place in crop fields, orchards, or harvesting areas
