Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a post-secondary degree in business/Human Resources
Experience: Candidates should have 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably as a generalist

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to partner with group clients to identify and understand their needs and the needs of their team members in building a high-caliber and highly engaged workforce
  • The candidates should be able to provide consultation on issues related to legal and procedural compliance, employee/labor relations, workforce planning, talent and performance management, compensation, and organizational development
  • The candidates should be able to build strong relationships and credibility with all levels of management and support employee escalations
  • The candidates should be results-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
  • The candidates should be able to work on national HR projects and programs, planning and implementing projects (timelines and milestones) for key initiatives, both regional and national in scope
  • The candidates should be able to partner with leadership to improve HR practices, process decisions, and programs
  • The candidates should be able to assist leadership with building effective practices to meet business and employee needs
  • The candidates should be able to influence and empower leaders to accelerate the growth and development of their teams
  • The candidates should be able to motivate and support an inclusive and diverse culture
  • The candidates should be able to keep current on business knowledge, internal to the function and across the Company
  • The candidates should be able to seek out development opportunities to expand knowledge and experience
  • The candidates should be able to participate on industry/HR committees to seek out and implement ‘best practices
  • The candidates should be able to partner with leadership to identify and understand their needs and effectively communicate and execute national HR programs
