Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Custom fabrication, factory assembly
Equipment and machinery experience: Gas welding machine, spot welding machine
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Forklift Operator Certification
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty environments and be capable of working effectively in noisy environments
- The candidates should be proficient in performing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency, be prepared for physically demanding work assignments, and demonstrate manual dexterity for tasks requiring precise hand movements
- The candidates should possess keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in their work, exhibit strong hand-eye coordination for precise manipulation of objects and tools, and be comfortable standing for extended periods during work shifts. Additionally, the candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their job responsibilities

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with others, and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities to convey information clearly and persuasively
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interpret welding process specifications accurately, operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment proficiently, and read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes meticulously
- The candidates should be able to examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications attentively, operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment effectively, and operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines proficiently
- The candidates should be able to operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air) (AOC) accurately, determine the weldability of materials with precision, and operate hoisting and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products proficiently, operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations, and seams of metal accurately, and maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment diligently
