Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Credentials: Certificates, Credential, Licenses, Memberships, Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers), First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Driver’s License, Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E)
Security and safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test, Child Abuse Registry check, Adult Abuse Registry check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure effectively, and be comfortable with sitting for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to pick up passengers and drive them to their destinations as well as assist passengers with luggage and boarding vehicles
- The candidate should be able to be responsible for collecting fares, recording transactions, and providing basic tourist information
- The candidate should be able to attend to complaints or difficult passengers, operate dispatch systems and two-way radios, and drive business or government personnel including employers and family members to and from destinations
